PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF TEKNIK KUIS TIM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V SD TARUNA ISLAM PEKANBARU

Abstract


The background of this study was the low grade V social studies learning outcomes of SD Taruna Islam Pekanbaru with an average of 66.96. Therefore this study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in class V. Research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were class V as many as 28 students consisting of 16 men and 12 women. The results showed that classical completeness in the first cycle was 46.43% including the category of incomplete which increased in the second cycle by 85.71% including the complete category. Teacher activities increased at each meeting, namely 75.00% including the enough category, 80.56% including the good category, 83.33% including the good category, and 86.11% including the very good category. Likewise, student activity experienced an increase in each of which was 75,00% including the enough category, 80,56% including the good category, 86,11% including the very good category, and 86.11% including the very good category. The average basic score to the first cycle increases by 10.68% and the base score to the second cycle increases by 27.21%. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the active learning model of the technique  team quiz can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences class V at SD Taruna Islam Pekanbaru.
