TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG GURU SD DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Abstract


Makalah ini mencoba mengulas tentang tantangan dan peluang guru Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran matematika menggunakan teknologi digital. Tantangan yang utama yaitu berasal dari diri guru sendiri (faktor internal) seperti rendahnya kemampuan matematis dan didaktis guru, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, dan kurangnya kemampuan menggunakan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu faktor eksternal yang menjadi kendala utama terkait dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung penggunaan teknologi digital. Dilain hal, terdapat beberapa peluang yang dapat mendukung guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika berbasis digital. Peluang utama yaitu ketersediaan sumber belajar matematika secara online yang dapat diakses guru, dan kesempatan siswa untuk menggunakan beberapa sumber belajar matematika berbasis teknologi digital secara online dan diluar jam belajar di sekolah
